Execute multi-wave/multi-channel closed-loop programs for each stage of the customer journey ii. Creates emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing programs and reports in the marketing automation tool iii. Perform A/B testing on email campaigns and programs iv. Manages programs, timelines, and provides regular updates to key stakeholders and team members v. Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring process vi. Oversee database maintenance, managing data uploads and ensuring data cleanliness and integrity vii. Collaborate with content marketing team for appropriate content delivery based on customer journey viii. Collaborate with recruitment team on integration of Marketo with CRM (SalesForce) ix.
