Selecting your level The Telstra Service Provider Accreditation programme comprises 3 tiers of accreditation: Affiliated: Approved: Premier: Entry level to the programme Delivering enhanced products and support Strategic leaders in their marketplace Levels are defined by a series of business criteria focusing on the value you provide to your customers. By focusing on value, the Accreditation Programme ensures you can access the Telstra products and services suited to your business size and customer base at a commitment level you can manage. Furthermore, Telstra will provide you with the ongoing support you need to advance through each accreditation tier, ensuring that you can continue to maximise your relationship with Telstra.
