We handle our technical support ourselves, and have 24x7 coverage by technical professionals with qualifications from organisations such as Cisco, VMware and Microsoft. At C4L our Networks Operations Centre (NOC) is visible to the public and provides up to date service information. We also have a dedicated support site that enables customers to log support tickets online. Colocation We understand that every business has different requirements: that's why we have data centres located across the globae, rated from Tier 2 to Tier 4. You can select the location, level of security, maintainability, and connectivity that is right for your business. Rack Colocation We offer numerous sizes of rack colocation, ranging from single-u services with as low as 0.5 amps to full racks with 64 amps of power. These options are available throughout our data centre network, and are easily scalable which enables you to select only the capacity you need at any given moment. Suite Colocation Larger requirements often require multiple racks, and in such circumstances we can provide entirely private suites to house your equipment. These private suites are lockable to provide you with additional peace of mind that your data is secure. Data Centre Migration If you re already in a data centre, we can provide a fully-insured data centre migration service. We can offer a variety of connectivity solutions to meet your business requirements. We provide the following services: IP transit (internet connectivity), interconnects, leased lines, and wireless internet, giving you a range of connectivity options to choose from. We understand that choosing the right internet connectivity is critical to keeping your costs low whilst getting the maximum return from your IT infrastructure. This is why our network is designed to provide all the connectivity options you may need. IP Transit (Internet Connectivity) We offer three types of internet connectivity: Tier 1, multihomed, and partial. All of these are delivered with flexibility, allowing you to burst over your committed data rates and scale up your service as your business requirements evolve. Tier 1 IP Transit provides you with an internet connection using only Tier 1 providers such as TiNet, NTT and Teleglobe. This is ideal for those looking for lower cost connectivity to particular geographic regions. Multihomed IP Transit provides an internet connection using multiple Tier 1 providers as well as our own private network and multiple peering agreements. These combine to provide you with our lowest latency and highest resiliency service, as they provide more direct connections than a Tier 1 or partial solution. Partial IP Transit utilises only our peering agreements at Internet Exchanges to provide you with the cheapest form of internet connectivity. If you are already running a BGP network, then partial IP Transit is the most effective way of reducing your connectivity costs.

11 Point-to-point Interconnects If you are considering, or already have, multiple data centre presences then a point-to-point Interconnect across our network can enable vastly increased data transfer speeds and allows you to create a failover environment. These connections are private to your company as they travel across our network, providing an improved level of security compared to using the public Internet and substantial savings over using a traditional leased line. Leased Lines Wireless Internet The most recent service added to our connectivity offerings is wireless internet. By using a radio-based connection, we're able to offer wireless internet, Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN). The wireless internet service can operate as a traditional asymmetrical service or as a leased line symmetrical service. This service can provide carrier or enterprise connectivity as a main connection, or 100% reliability on a failover link with dual feed. If you need a high speed internet connection to your office, or between offices, a leased line would be the ideal solution. These private connections can deliver symmetrical speeds up to 100Gbps providing you with the same upload and download speeds, as well as industry leading SLA's. 12 Cloud Services At C4L we offer a range of cloud-based IT services to any business wanting to take a step into the virtual world. Virtual Private Servers Our Virtual Private Servers (VPS) provide a flexible and scalable server solution, allowing you to choose from a range of specifications and create your own bespoke server(s) whenever you need to. Our control panel allows you to set up all aspects of your server(s) storage, networking and compute configuration however you see fit. Virtual Data Centre The Virtual Data Centre (VDC) service enables you to provision resources similar to what you would enjoy in a data centre, except this time you are using a virtualised environment. In essence, if a full rack was to provide 10Ghz of processing speed, 100GB of memory, and 1TB of storage across 10 servers, 5 of which were Linux and 5 of which were Windows, you could create the rack virtually. This ensures you are protected from any outages as the service is spread geographically to create a resilient environment. Elastic Cloud Computing Elastic Cloud Computing (ECC) is the perfect solution for those who have rapidly changing server requirements, and in particular those for whom events or seasonal changes create larger compute peaks. Our ECC service works using an API to provide more/less resources as and when required. As this service is billed on a per minute basis you can be sure that you are never paying for more than you need. Data Storage and Backup Data Backup is one of the most important areas to consider when planning for business continuity. Our backup service is automated and can be easily replicated and our Storage Area Network (SAN) provides you with ease of expansion, and includes, snapshotting and replication features to give you additional peace of mind.
