Key Assumptions and Exclusions The standard Oracle Taleo business flows and functionality will serve as the base for the implementation. Oracle s OUM for Cloud Implementation Approach will be used for the implementation A small Project team is formed by the customer and empowered to make decisions. A timeline of 10-12 weeks is assumed for Release 1, counting from the moment the Fusion HCM Cloud system is provisioned, and 5-6 weeks for Release 2. The Standard Package will have one release, the Extended Package will have two releases Major release upgrade is not part of the initial FSO implementation The implementation is based on the Cloud deployment model, hosted at Oracle In the Cloud deployment model, two project environments are available: A sandbox and a production environment Application customisation, UI personalization, custom reports and BI objects development, historical data uploads and integration with other systems are outside FSO. All these can be performed as additional services. Training is based on generic training material, delivered using a classroom based train the trainer approach in a single location with a maximum of 10 attendees Organizational Change Management will be Client s responsibility Customer is responsible for cleansing/preparing data, extraction from legacy systems and conduct all the corrections based on the templates provided 19
