4 Solution offerings Storyboard The solution storyboard depicts the sequence of key scenarios / requirements that are considered for addressing preconfigured solutions. It details out the organization structure, its geographical span, managerial hierarchy, illustrative business process flows of each functional modules (profile, goal, performance, talent, and succession planning) and summarizes key scenarios considered for building the solution. During initial workshops / CRP, these templates will be further tuned in capturing organization-specific requirements and master data. Data conversion templates These are Infosys wrappers over Oracleprovided FBL files. Information provided in these templates help customers in gathering clean data quickly. Data conversion templates offer a standardized format to migrate data from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion applications.

6 Test scenarios / scripts Test scenarios / scripts elaborate the processes to be validated during the implementation. These have been built over a period of time from successful talent management implementations and can be tailored to any specific client requirements with minor refinements. Voiceover decks Voiceover decks are a quick way to explore the process end-to-end. Callouts on each slide emphasize the key points explained. These videos have recorded transactions for various talent scenarios. They help in demonstrating product capabilities effectively in CRP workshops.
