2 OUR SERVICES Social Media Strategy Our in-house social media strategist team can put together an in-depth strategy to help you reach your online objectives. After answering a few simple questions we can put together in-depth analysis of your competitors, the key aspects of each social platform for your business and also key objectives to achieve your goals. Whether it is a strategy that we then implement on your behalf via one of our social media management packages or something you take away an implement yourself, this document will be pivotal in ensuring success in social media marketing. Dedicated Account Manager Each of our packages involves one of our dedicated account managers working across your social media platforms to ensure maximum exposure and interaction whilst staying within your brand guidelines. They will be your main point of contact and will be responsible for implementing whichever services you decide to include in your package - the options are explained in the following pages.

This is why each of our clients receives a fully managed content calendar. Your account manager will update the calendar with our proposed posts - usually 3+ days in advance - so that you can view, edit or change anything as required. You, your team or PR agency can also have an input and add any relevant information such as dates for trade shows, sales etc so that we can ensure they receive maximum social exposure.

6 Twitter Managment Our Twitter management is very similar to our Facebook management in the sense that we will be interacting with your followers and creating daily content in line with your social media strategy using the most relevant hashtags to ensure maximum exposure and brand awareness. Alongside this, we can also actively reach out and interact with trending subjects relevant to your brand or execute relevant follow/re-follow schemes on your behalf if required. Due to the high importance of imagery on the platform your account manager will be able to ensure that all posts are to a high standard and where possible branded with your logo. We do not charge a fee for our management, you just have to advise us of your budget and we will add this to your monthly invoice and provide full reports/results.
