2 Overses Use Overview of Interntionl Roming (WORLD WING) Interntionl roming (WORLD WING) is service tht llows to tlk or mke communictions over n ffilited overses crrier's network using the sme phone numer s tht used domesticlly. Also, in DoCoMo's "Interntionl service we site", you cn see the ltest informtion on interntionl services nd downlod the ltest issue of "DoCoMo WORLD SERVICE User's Guide". URL of DoCoMo's "interntionl service we site" Suscriing to WORLD WING If you suscried to the FOMA service fter Septemer 1, 2005, seprte suscription is not required. However, if you did not suscrie t the time of your FOMA service suscription or hve cnceled this service, seprte suscription is required gin. If you initilly suscried to the FOMA service efore August 31, 2005 nd hve not suscried to "WORLD WING", seprte suscription is required. GSM is the second genertion moile communiction network in digitl communiction system tht is most widely used round the world. Note tht since the interntionl forwrding chrge nd ny chrge whose dt hve not een received y us from the opertor of your country of sty re not included, the illing mount my exceed the credit limit. In tht cse, you must py your monthly chrge for this service used efore suspended. When pyment of your monthly chrge is confirmed, suspension of the WORLD WING service will e lifted (After the pyment, it my tke while efore the suspension of the service is lifted). After coming ck to Jpn nd if the icon indicting the network sttus remins out of the service re, set "Bnd" to "Automtic" or "3G" nd "NW Serch" to "Automtic". Even if "Network Serch Mode" is set to "Mnul", the Mnul list screen my not open depending on rdio wve reception level or network serch conditions. Serching Agin Network to e Connected You cn serch gin network nd switch it when network utomtic serching nd/or setting is not ppropritely crried out or when you wnt to use nother telecommuniction crrier's network. Network screen (P313) y "New Network" Strt network serching. When "NW Serch Mode" of "Network Setup" is set to "Automtic", n pproprite network, when detected, is utomticlly set. When "NW Serch Mode" of "Network Setup" is set to "Mnul", mnul list screen is displyed, when detected. Go to Step 2. Select network y h [Register] The selected network is set. Confirming network code Select network nd press c. Press c on the network code disply screen to set the network. Network detil screen opens llowing to confirm network code. When n pproprite network is not connected, chnge "NW Serch Mode" of "Network Setup" to "Mnul", serch network gin nd mnully select trget network. Networks with high priority levels pper in the upper prt of the list. Confirming detils of network Select network nd press c. Network detil screen opens llowing to confirm network code nd priority. c "[Add Network]" The Network ID screen opens. To dd network specifying the priority Specify the position of the network to e dded in the list, press h [Function] nd select "Insert".
