The important thing to remember when asking for the support of your company is to ensure that you are able to offer clear examples of how the course will benefit not only you, but also your organization. Formulate a Plan Review the HRLA curriculum and determine how the course material will specifically and measurably help you achieve the goals you and your manager have set for you and the company.
