The Human Resources Exam Prep course walks you through the process of applying your professional knowledge and skills to the PHR/SPHR exam questions. The PHR is open to HR professionals with at least 2 years professional experience and the SPHR is available to those with a minimum of 6 years professional experience. Recertification is required every 2 years along with 60 cumulative hours of professional development (e.g. attending HR seminars, facilitating a new HR course, etc.).
