MEP System Deficiencies Outdated intercom and clock systems Outdated Technology (no infrastructure for WiFi and teaching technology). HVAC, no air conditioning. Building Interior Deficiencies Lighting does not meet current BCPS / code lighting standards. Kitchen equipment outdated. Elevator does not serve all levels and is not ADA compliant. Music Program: Undersized Lacking the required support spaces. Physical Education: Weight room is located in an unventilated space Area is only accessible from outside.
