The end state for SharePoint will be a full file server structure for 3 current Units (30 teams) + IT, Finance, Legal, QA, HR. Also during the initial setup you need to complete all necessary security rights according with our current internal file structure; team mailboxes, calendars will needs to be setup; basic workflow for some specific process (approval workflow for daycare, taxi, IT procurement, etc.) will be required 15. Lync is part of the Office 365 offer; please provide details on your needs for Lync installation? Are we talking about the Lync client on computers? We need the setup installation/integration within Office Are we able to assist you remotely? Some work can be done remotely however due to complexity of the project some meetings and initial configuration will be done on our 2 London locations

The main installation of the servers and OS will be done in-house; the remaining configuration and setup will be done by successful vendor 25. We have about 18 Xerox copiers and another 30 devices (servers, storage devices, etc.) 33. Public folders are no longer available in O365. Are you currently using public folders? What are you using them for? Public calendars, address lists, file storage? How large is the public folder database? Is the vendor required to find a workaround for all current uses of public folders in the O365 configuration? We currently don t use public folders in our Exchange environment 34. Is the Exchange server as an SMTP server for other things? Scan to ? Alerts?. We use e-fax, scan-to- and various server/storage alerts. 35. Is Lync Enterprise Voice a requirement?. 2

Is CAS considering aftermarket workflow tools or is this response constrained to SharePoint OOB workflows? Some example of workflow documents can be: -day care request (a standard form filed by one works send for approval to a supervisor) -taxi request (a standard form filed by one works send for approval to a supervisor) -IT equipment requests 40. Are bids prepared by more than one vendor acceptable assuming one vendor is primary? Are we required to indicate all vendors included in the response?
