4 PILOT USERS (UNITS) & MIGRATION STEPS Primary Contact Person in Migration Coordinate Download & Backup Inform ITMS for Backup Completed with the Backup Successful Form (Pilot Users) Mailbox Migration process will submit to Microsoft (ITMS) ITMS will notice Pilot Users the listed Mailboxes Migrated (ITMS) Assist Users to initial login and change initial password Login at (Users) Change Password (Users) Process the Client Configuration Outlook (Outlook Anywhere) (Desktop) Microsoft Live (IMAP) (Desktop) Mobile (if applicable)

6 BACKUP Scenario 1 Easy to put the back to 365 Recommended Client Outlook 2007 or above Connect to BGCA Server by IMAP Create a Outlook Container File Drag & Drop the Mails and Folders from Server to new Container Clear the Deleted, Draft and Sending Folder Download All Folders Inbox, Sent and Others
