4 Getting Started Tuthill resources utilize two primary logins. Please visit TuthillPump.com and register for a Tuthill account. Tuthill Customer Service will be notified of your registration, and will grant you the appropriate security. This login will give you access to all tools with the exception of PumpXpert4. A login to PumpXpert will be granted upon request. In the pages that follow, the steps to obtain access will be reiterated for your convenience. Signing In Two User Accounts Account 1: Tuthill.com, TuthillPump.com, T.O.P.S., and our Tuthill ipad App share one user account that is created at TuthillPump.com. (Tuthill Online Portal System) Summary of Benefits The Tuthill Online Portal System is a self-service portal that allows you to place new orders, reference price list information, and follow existing orders with a few clicks of a mouse. If you do not have a Tuthill account, please visit TuthillPump.com to register. Once registered, please contact Tuthill s Application Specialist, Annemarie Bercier, to request access to the portal by phone at or by at abercier@tuthill.com. This request is necessary because access to T.O.P.S. is not made available to each Tuthill account by default. Tuthill will assist you in establishing a local access administrator. Once established, the channel partner access administrator will have the ability to coordinate access for other local users within your organization. The address used to register on the Tuthill website will be the same used to login to login to T.O.P.S.
