3 REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration Fees and Information Please complete the attached registration form and mail it together with your check payable to the FGS, or you can register online at fgsmeeting2015.flgastro.org. FGS Members $200 advance, $250 on-site (Deadline for Advance Registration fee is September 17, 2015) Non-FGS Members $450 Endoscopy Laboratories (Saturday) No Charge Social Events: Welcome Reception (Friday) No Charge Luncheon with Exhibitors (Saturday)..... No Charge Endoscopy labs are hands on, using pig explants, and will be held on Saturday from 2:00 5:00 pm in the Nassau Ballroom. There is a limit on the number of registrants we can accept so register early to secure your reservation for these labs. No charge for meeting attendees. Social Events: Welcome Reception Friday, 6:00 9:00 pm. Fully stocked cash bar opens at 6:00 pm inside the Exhibit Area with complimentary hot and cold hors d oeuvres served at 7:00 pm. Exhibits will be open. Complimentary Luncheon with Exhibitors Saturday, 1:00 2:00 pm. All meeting attendees and their guests are invited to a one hour buffet luncheon located in the exhibit area (Bonnet Creek I-VI). Registration Materials: Registration will be open at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek from 3:00 7:00 pm on Friday, September 25, allowing attendees the chance to receive registration materials prior to the start of the Saturday morning sessions.
