The company s Mechanical Oil & Gas Division serves the Oil & Gas Companies, the water and electricity authority departments, fuel & gas distribution companies and industrial plants. It undertakes specialized design, engineering, procurement and fabrication / construction & installation of process skids / piping, steel structures and heavy equipment installations for both onshore and offshore locations. Fabrication facilities are located at Mussafah, Sharjah Hamriyah and Ghayathi in-addition to the site specific production workshops. The facilities carry the S, A, PP, U and U2 ASME and NB certification. Capacity: - 18,000 tons of steel structure fabrication and installation - 1,000,000 inch diameter of piping work

5 TARGET s Power, Instrumentation & Controls Division specializes in high, medium and low voltage installations for the industrial and Oil & Gas sector. The division undertakes specialized power plant installations, SCADA, DCS, PLC, SCMS, PMS systems, substation erection up to 400 kv, fire & gas systems, CCTV & PAGA systems, fibre optic networks, security & access systems, cathodic protection systems, power management / distribution systems and production of packaged substations. The division also performs calibration, testing and commissioning services and has specialized rigs for the same. Capacity: - High voltage installations up to 400 kv

6 TARGET has a special category classification for buildings. The Civil Industrial & Buildings Division has undertaken several civil engineering projects since inception in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Ruwais, Habshan, Shah, Bu Hasa, Jabel Dhana, and Doha. The division caters to Oil & Gas and Industrial heavy civil engineering works, commercial and residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, power stations, desalination plants, aluminium smelters, sewage treatment plants, sports clubs, mosques, flour mills and grain silos. It specialises in fast track, high-speed construction works using the latest form work technology and methods of construction including precast and prestressed concrete works, MEP works, engineering and design works. The division has a specialized MEP department which undertakes independent MEP building services such as HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, low current system and building management systems for residential buildings, hotels and housing projects. Capacity: Unlimited floors for buildings in Abu Dhabi and Dubai Piling up to 24 m depth, 1.2 diameter, straight and raked piles

7 TARGET has a special category classification for marine works and has executed several challenging marine construction projects in UAE and Qatar. The company s Marine Division specializes in the construction of harbours, jetties, marinas, beaches, breakwaters, rock scour protection, quay walls, sub-sea pipe installations, sea water intakes and construction of artificial islands. These include design and engineering works for tailor made installations over and under water with specialised equipment. The division employs company owned 30+ marine units consisting of dredgers, landing crafts, tugs and barges; these being equipped with spuds, 300/150 ton cranes and 160 ton capacity excavators reaching up to -14 m depth. These are advantageously applied for marine construction works from water side. The division also employs more than 50 IMCA certified divers for works under water.
