2 2011web :05 Side 2 10 supply bases - 1 contract With 10 strategically located supply and support bases, NorSea Group and its associated companies offers a unique flexibility of operating within a network covering all offshore areas of Norway. Through one contractual arrangement you will be able to operate from Farsund in the south to Kirkenes in the north. The contract will allow for flexibility ranging from a Total Integrated Logistics type contract to a tailor-made contract mixing NorSea Group services with «Company» provided services and 3rd party services. Safer and better operations with joint quality system By dealing with only one contractor and one contract, the customer will save time and costs on the administration side. It will also ensure continuity in the project and safer operations. NorSea Group has established a joint quality system for our wholly- owned bases. This means that our customers can recognize operations and procedures from base to base. A joint quality system will also ensure better transfer of experience from one base to the next, and between the different stages of a project.

10 2011web :05 Side 10 Supply Chain Management The NorSea Group offers and provides integrated Supply Chain Management services encompassing total responsibility for planning and execution of logistics and material management, base operations, marine operations and supply services. From ad-hoc procurement to fully integrated strategic sourcing initiatives we can bring added value to clients supply chain by lowering materials, acquisition and handling costs in their supply chain. Stock management services can be performed as an integrated service operated on the clients own systems, or as a part of a total logistic contract. We offers trained personnel capable of performing an integrated service operating on clients systems for registration of rented or own equipment. 10

The MLS business concept is based upon a combination of our logistical skills and expertise, marine operations, market knowledge and strong strategic alliances. MLS business principle is to obtain flexible and adequate marine resources, shared and coordinated between cutomers - You pay for what you use. The NorSea Group has developed the land comprising all our supply bases, a total of more than m 2. All facilities have modern quays and bulk facilities. Additionally, these facilities comprises in excess of m 2 of offices, warehouses and fabrication buildings. The NorSea Group Operating Company on site offers the service of Facility Management to tenant on site. None of our facilities are identical. An efficient Supply Base with good infrastructure represents an attractive location for Oil and Gas Companies in connected offshore areas. 14

Through cooperation with subcontractors our operating companies can provide all services connected logistics. We can provide the logistical expertise and global network to provide a range of supply chain services such as full inventory management, just in time rig delivery, accessories procurement, sub-assemblies preparation and the installation of goods. Maritime Waste Management services can be provided at all our facilities in Norway. At all facilities we operate a fleet of cranes and transport equipment to meet the general demands from clients. Our operating companies will rent containers and baskets from subcontractors located at their facility. 16

In order to avoid human exposure during operations that from experience have caused harm to our personnel, we gradually modified standardised equipment to achieve safer operations. Today innovation of tailor-made equipment to be used in concurrent operation with standard transport and crane units has become an important tool to achieve safe and cost effective operations.
