Inspected for legislative or health and safety reasons. The services that we provide both onshore and offshore locations comprise of witnessing, commissioning and testing of lifting equipment, load testing of lifting equipment, periodic inspections and recertification of lifting tackles and equipment. 3

4 CONVENTIONAL & ADVANCED NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) GI&C will provide conventional NDT services such as Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetration Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT). In addition, we offer Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), Hardness Tests, Holiday Inspections, and Visual Testing (VT). GI&C also provides advanced NDT techniques such as Acoustic Emission Testing (AET), Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), Phased Array (PA), Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT), Corrosion Mapping, Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Tube Inspections, Eddy Current Testing (ECT), Remote Field Testing (RFT), Magnetic Flex Leakage Testing (MFL), Internal Rotary Inspection System (IRIS) and Acoustic Eye. RIG INSPECTION & COMMISSIONING With increased focus on operators to limit exposure to health, safety and environmental risks, it is important that all areas of drilling operations are now part of a controlled management process. Compliance of drilling and well controlled equipment, in accordance with internationally-recognised standards and codes of practice, form the basis for audits and inspections for both onshore and off-shore drilling installations. GI&C provides support to owners and drilling contractors in the form of mechanical and electrical inspection, health, safety and environmental audits in accordance with guidelines set out in API, IADC, IMCA, IEEE & MODU standards. 6 LOCAL THIRD PARTY INSPECTION & CERTIFICATION Most clients insist that the construction of oil, gas and other industrial plants necessitates that the procurement, engineering and construction activities are verified, validated and, at times, certified by an independent third party inspection and certification agency. This is where GI&C plays a major role. The certification activities require Project Design Verification, Procurement Inspections, Product Inspections, General Construction Inspections, and supporting Testing Services as well as QA/QC services. Our third party inspection services cover all major engineering disciplines. GI&C undertake ASME certification of pressure vessels, boilers and heat exchangers, as well as the certification of manufacturing workshops of pressure vessels to ASME standards. 6
