4 BUILT ON FABRICATION Saulsbury offers a full service, industrial fabrication shop with the ability to fabricate process or ASME code vessels and equipment, electrical, instrumentation, and controls packaging of skid equipment and structural steel, as well as offering an API certified machine shop. With fabrication facilities in both Odessa, TX and Henderson, TX, Saulsbury has the ability to fully service your fabrication and machining requirements. 5 VESSELS & TOWERS Saulsbury Industries is certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for the design, manufacture, installation and repair of pressure vessels, utilizing both the U Stamp for the fabrication of ASME Code vessels and tanks, and the R Stamp to perform Code related repair activities on existing stamped vessels or tanks. Saulsbury also utilizes the ASME A Stamp for the installation of Power Boilers and the PP Stamp for fabrication of custom boiler tubes or piping spools for use in ASME Code facilities. Saulsbury shop capabilities include the fabrication of exotic piping materials including low and high grade Stainless Steel and chrome piping, including 1-1/4 Chrome through 9 Chrome (P91 and P92). Saulsbury s Quality group has the capabilities to write procedures for almost any welding application, perform the necessary testing and present the documentation of the tests for approval by our clients. The R Stamp also authorizes Saulsbury to make repairs to existing stamped boilers or Boiler Code related piping. In addition to Code pressure vessels, custom shop fabricated tanks - either ASME Code or Non-Boiler Code - are fabricated to the highest quality standards in the Saulsbury fabrication facility.

8 PIPE FABRICATION Saulsbury also has an exemplary record in the design and fabrication of custom Non-Boiler Code pipe spools or other piping applications to satisfy ASME, API or other Codes and Standards. Saulsbury Industries is very proud of the low rejection rate achieved by our pipe welders, which are consistently below the reported rates of comparable fabrication shops. All welders employed by Saulsbury are certified to the requirements of ASME Section IX or other applicable Codes or Standards. Saulsbury Industries Fabrication Facilities also provide services for the design and fabrication of all structural steel related piping attachments to meet industry needs. Saulsbury also utilizes computerized pipe cutting machines and plate cutting machines to assure that cuts are precise, repeatable, and consistently meet the needs of our customers. The Watts computerized pipecutter and the Crossfire and Messer high definition cutting tables utilize either plasma or oxyfuel.
