We want t give yu the pprtunity t be a part f it. With a start date f June 18, The Barlw Street Fair will run frm 5:00pm 8:00pm every Thursday evening thrugh September 24. Each week will ffer smething special fr all ages and diverse circles f peple. The Barlw Street Fair will run thrugh the heart f The Barlw, dwn McKinley Street. The street will be lined with Snma Cunty s premier crafts peple, service prviders, and fd vendrs. The Barlw Street Fair is a chance fr neighbrs frm arund the cunty t share in a uniquely Sebastpl experience. The campus will be filled with live music, art installatins, and family entertainment. The Barlw reserves the right t limit vendrs f similar type. Applicatins missing any f the required dcuments r applicatin fees as listed will nt be cnsidered. June: July: August: September: SEASON COMMITMENT RATE: $50 / WEEK (If vendr cmmits t all dates in seasn) MONTHLY COMMITMENT RATE: $60 / WEEK (If vendr cmmits t all dates in ne mnth (except June where 2 weeks is cnsidered the full mnth) PERIODIC COMMITMENT RATE: $70 / WEEK (If vendr cmmits t 1-3 dates per mnth) Apprved vendrs will receive an ntificatin, and will be required t pay the first mnth s fees within 7 days f that ntificatin. Additinal mnthly fees will be due 2 weeks prir t the first f each mnth. Failure t make payments 2 weeks prir t the first f each mnth may result in exclusin f event(s). N fees shuld be paid upn arrival. Payments must be made in check frm with the vendr name clearly labeled and mailed r drpped ff t The Barlw management ffice. Applicatin fees are nn-refundable. Bth fees are nn-refundable. All Street Fairs ccur RAIN OR SHINE. N refunds will be given fr a rained ut Street Fair.

4 THE BARLOW STREET FAIR RULES 1. Only apprved sellers shall be admitted t sell at the Street Fair. 2. The applicatin fee f $20 is due in the frm f a check with applicatin. (D nt send cash.) Make yur check payable t Barlw Sebastpl, LLC. 3. Incmplete applicatins will be denied. All dcuments will be returned t yu by mail and the $20 applicatin fee will nt be refunded. 4. Smking during Street Fair hurs is strictly prhibited COS m.c Stall space allcatin is determined by the Street Fair Manager. Bths are 10X10. N activities may take place utside f the alltted 10X10 space unless allwed by Street Fair manager, and n sidewalk r A-frame signs will be permitted. Stall lcatin my vary frm week t week. 6. Cancellatin less than ne (1) week in advance will result in a $50 fine and prepaid bth fees will be nn-refundable. 7. Each Artisan Vendr & Service Prvider applicatin must include a phtcpy f apprpriate embssed permits, licenses and certificates, as well as listed menu items and prices. Only thse items apprved at the review may be sld at the Street Fair. 8. 5 AGREEMENT I, am requesting permissin t sell at The Barlw Street Fair, n the days circled abve. I have read and agree t abide by all rules, laws, cdes and regulatins as amended, t cperate with the Street Fair management and pay the required fees. I understand that upn apprval I have 7 days t pay the entirety f my stall fees fr June, and that fees fr fllwing Street Fair dates are paid n a mnthly basis, due n later than tw weeks prir t the first Street Fair f the mnth. I understand that failure t pay the stall fees by this time will result in a $10 increase per week and/r exclusin frm future events. I understand that there is n guarantee I will be apprved t sell at the fair and The Barlw management may limit the number f vendrs selling a particular prduct. I understand that The Barlw may cancel this agreement and/r revke this applicatin at any time if vendr is fund in vilatin f Barlw Street Fair rules. I agree t indemnify and hld harmless The Barlw, it s buildings and tenants, and Sebastpl Industrial Park LLC. Additinally, I agree t prvide The Barlw with a valid certificate f insurance per their requirements.
