On-site DHCP server t facilitate public IP address cnfiguratin. Static public IP addresses are available fr devices requiring them, such as ruters and printers. SMTP relaying fr mail servers. GROUPS High speed Internet services prvided in cnjunctin with a grup MUST be crdinated between the grup's meeting planner and Cnventin Services. A High Speed Internet Cnnectin Request (belw) and Netwrk Security Declaratin frm (belw) must be signed by an authrized signer befre cnnectins are installed. A High Speed Internet Change Order must be cmpleted by an authrized signer fr any additinal requests (mves, adds r changes) and MUST be crdinated by Cnventin Services. Shuld a grup chse t bring their wn wireless ruter and rder a single cnnectin, it will be the Grup s respnsibility t cnfigure the ruter, enable WEP r WPA encryptin n their ruter and trublesht any client cnnectivity issues. The Htel s respnsibility will be t ensure Internet cnnectivity t the ruter. EXHIBITORS Exhibitrs are billed separately frm the grup by credit card nly.
