2 ORDINANCE ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF SANIBEL ORDINANCE , AS AMENDED, WHICH ESTABLISHED AN UPDATED AND REVISED SCHEDULE OF FOR CITY OF SANIBEL RECREATION PROGRAMS; REVISING AND UPDATING THE CURRENT SCHEDULE TO ESTABLISH AN EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE, ADD ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS AND AMEND FEES AS PROVIDED IN THE ATTACHED REVISED SCHEDULE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, Ordinance , as amended by Ordinances , and , established the most recent updated and revised Schedule of Recreation User Fees for the City of Sanibel Recreation Program; and WHEREAS; the City Council finds it necessary and appropriate to update and revise the current schedule, establish an Early Bird registration fee schedule and add additional programs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Sanibel, Florida: SECTION l. City of Sanibel Ordinance , as amended by City of Sanibel Ordinances , and , is hereby further amended to update and revise the current Fee Schedule, establish an Early Bird registration fee structure and add additional programs as set forth in the attached Recreation Programs and Fee Schedule, incorporated herein and attached as Exhibit A, with underlining indicating additions and strike-through indicating deletions.
