2 This booklet will provide you with all the information you need to make the most out of your visit today. EXHIBITION STANDS Exhibitors from across the industry are available to answer your questions and give you information on their recruitment opportunities. The exhibition stands are in the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre and Marshall of Cambridge Rooms on the ground floor and in the Argyll Room on the first floor. Floor plans are on pages 3-5. The companies all want to talk to you so don t be shy! SEMINAR PROGRAMME Airbus, Astrium and GKN Aerospace are Business Class exhibitors and will run two seminars each during the day on their career opportunities. In addition there will be CV workshops, Professional Registration and careers talks on becoming a pilot, airline engineering careers and careers in flight simulation. Use the seminars for a more in depth understanding and a chance to ask questions. Seminars take place in the Handley Page and Sopwith rooms on the second floor. EXHIBITOR PROFILES These follow the Floorplans and will give you background information on each exhibitor. Business Class exhibitor profiles (who have a stand and seminar sessions on the day) are followed by Premium Economy profiles (who only have a stand). REFRESHMENTS A café will be open all day in the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre for you to purchase lunch or snacks. TOILETS & CLOAKROOM The cloakroom is situated on the ground floor. Toilets can be found on the lower ground and second floors. A disabled toilet is on the ground floor next to the Reception. IMPORTANT INFORMATION : FIRE ALARM! No fire alarm tests are planned today. Fire exits are clearly marked throughout the building, please ensure you familiarise yourself with these before you begin your tour of the show. The Aircraft Research Association (ARA) is a Centre of Excellence in Aerodynamics.
