3 Installation : The Gulf Bank Entertainer Mobile App App Name: Gulf Bank Entertainer App Name: Gulf Bank Entertainer Available on: Google Play Store for Android Available on: App Store for ios/iphone Customer will be able to download the Gulf Bank Entertainer App by choosing any of the above (Google Play Store or App Store). 3

4 Activation : Activation & Registration Process (Activation Code) 1 2 IMPORTANT If the customer s code is interrupted or not working for any reason. The customer can call the CCC agents again and register a complaint. In this case CCC ADMIN will be able to release the code which is mapped to the particular CIF and provide him/her with a New 9 digits code. The Code will be provided on Customer Level and NOT card level. Each customer CIF will be mapped to 1 particular code ONLY. NOTE: The 9 digits code for Gulf Bank Entertainer Activation will be provided by CCC Agents Only Image 1: After the installation process is successfully done the customer will be asked to call Gulf Bank Customer Contact Center to get his/her 9 Digits unique Gulf Bank Entertainer Code to complete the registration. 5 Activation & Registration Process:(Personal Details & Country of Residency) Image 3: After completing the previous steps the Customer will be asked to enter more personal details such as (Password, Full Name and Country) to be able to manage his/her account. Image 4: After filling the required mandatory fields the customer should read the Terms of use, Privacy Policy and Rules of Use, tick the option and then select the Register button to proceed with the registration. Image 5: Customer will be asked to set/confirm the location (Country). Image 6: Customer will be asked to set a PIN number related to his/her application (to be used in future on voucher redemption). 6 Application Usage : Location and Travel options (Change Location & Offers at Kuwait, UAE & London) By clicking on the 3 lines button on main page of The Gulf Bank Entertainer App, an additional easy search options screen will appear and the customer will be able to change the current Location by clicking on the Change Location tab. You can choose between : Kuwait OR UAE OR London If the customer choose a specific location/country through the Change Location option and the travel option is not selected as show in the above screen, the customer will get ONLY the specific offers of that country as for Dinning, Spas.. etc.. 6

7 Application Usage : Location and Travel options (Country Offers & Int l Hotels offers) If the customer choose a specific location/country and keeps the travel option selected as shown in the below screen, the customer will get the specific offers of that country as for Dinning, Spas, Hotels.. etc. along with all the International Hotels offers. Additional International offers search option for customers: Whether the customer selects the Travel option or not and regardless to the country location chosen, by clicking the Travel tab on the main screen of the App the customer will get the option of searching the International offers for hotels by choosing the country as shown in the below screen list. 7

8 Application Usage : 1 st Time Usage Process (Travel Option) 1 Image 1: By clicking on the circled tab in The Gulf Bank Entertainer Application an additional easy search options will be available for the customer 1) Filter (Finding Near By Merchants, sort Alphabetically and the categories of the merchants needed) 2) Changing the Locations of the customer, resetting/ updating account details and Exit the Application Note: 1) When a New user signs up for the Gulf Bank Entertainer App, the circled option is ticked by default. 2) If the Travel option is selected all the Global merchants/offers will be displayed. 3) When the customer deselect this Travel option only Kuwait merchants/offers will be displayed. 2 Image 2: On the Main Page of the Application 4 Tabs will appear on the bottom. 1) Offers 2) Savings 3) Search 4) Account 8

Image 4: NEW this page will shows the New participated merchants to the application. Image 5: Monthly this page will shows the participated Merchants for 1 month period only less/more. Image 6: Travel this page will show the Hotel participated Merchants related to Travel specified by country type. Image 7: Favorites this page will show the merchants and offers that marked by the customer as their favorite for easy access. 9

10 Application Usage : Navigation Image 7: Favorites this page will show the merchants and offers that marked by the customer as their favorite for easy access. Image 8: The search tab allows the customer to search for an offer based on Merchant Name, Mall, Hotel, Area and Cuisine Image 9: This tab will show the customer the savings he/she made with the application redemptions Image 10: This tab is available for better and easier customer experience such as resetting/updating (Personal information/ Usage PIN/Application Password/FAQs/Tutorial etc.) Image 11 & 12: By clicking on the highlighted option the Redemption history page will appear. This page will show to the customer a list of redemptions he/she had done through the application. 10

11 Application Usage : Sign Out Process/New Installation Image 13 & 14: If the customer clicks on Sign Out tab. Image 15: He/She will be directed to the screen #15, and will be asked to enter the password which was set by the them on the 1 st activation steps to be able to Sign In back to the app. However, if the customer click on Sign in as a different user by mistake Image 16: He/She will be directed to the screen #16 and will be forced to re-enter the and the 9 digit activation code which was provided by the CCC agents to be able to Sign In back to the app. If the customer installed the Gulf Bank Entertainer app in a new mob. Device the steps of screen #16 will be applicable and necessary to be able to Sign in again into the app. 11

12 How to Use the Redemption Option for The Gulf Bank Entertainer Vouchers?? Each Merchant Branch has a minimum of 1 Voucher (Hotels) and Maximum 3 Vouchers (Restaurants) for Redemption

13 Restaurants Redemption Process Image 1: The customer will choose a merchant and clicks to enter the particular merchant. Image 2: The customer will get a brief about the merchant. Image 3: The customer will click on the electronic voucher to start the redemption process. NOTE: Each outlet of the same merchant has a separate vouchers for redemption (Example: Merchant has 4 outlets each outlet will have 3 voucher total of 12 vouchers from this particular merchant). 13

14 Restaurants Redemption Process Image 4: The customer will click on the electronic voucher to start the redemption process. Image 5: The App will pop-up a message to be confirmed by the customer if he/she is in the exact merchant of redemption. Image 6: After confirming, the voucher will be appeared to the customer (details of: Redemption rules, estimated saving by customer, validity of the voucher) and if the customer agrees he/she should click on Redeem to continue the process. Note: The customer is allowed ONLY to pay with GB Credit Cards to benefit from the offer Image 7: The customer should enter his/her PIN number which was set by him/her on the 1 st steps of activation. After entering the PIN code by the customer Image 8: The merchant supervisor/manager should enter the PIN number of the merchant so the customer will be able to redeem the voucher. After going through the all the steps the voucher will be redeemed successfully 14

15 Hotels Redemption Process 9 10 IMPORTANT For hotel booking: 1) Advance reservation must be made by calling the participating hotel directly. Image 9: The customer will choose a merchant and clicks to enter the particular merchant. Image 10: The customer will get a brief about the merchant and clicks on the electronic voucher to start the redemption process. The above particular merchant has different offers more then one with different expiry dates. By clicking on each voucher the customer will have a brief about the offer that he/she can use and redeem. 2) Customer should inform the participating merchant that he/she has the Gulf Bank Entertainer app and will use the voucher. 3) Booking.com or any other online booking provider will NOT be accepted for redemption. 15

16 Hotels Redemption Process Image 11: By choosing One Room Night the customer will enjoy one complimentary night when a night of equal or greater values is purchased. Image 12: By choosing Two Room Night the customer will enjoy one complimentary two nights when a night of equal or greater values is purchased. Image 13: By choosing Three Room Night the customer will enjoy one complimentary three nights when a night of equal or greater values is purchased. Image 14: By choosing One Room Night voucher which is valid up to 30 December 2015, the customer will enjoy One complimentary night when a night of equal or greater value is purchased. Note: The customer is allowed ONLY to pay with GB Credit Cards. Image 15: The customer should enter his/her PIN number which was set by him/her on the 1 st steps of activation.
