1 About Ministry Pass: Position: Digital Marketer Ministry Pass exists to help pastors save time and get ahead, both in life and in the local church. We do this by providing creative content designed to help communicate God s word more effectively and applicably. The Role of the Digital Marketer: This position is responsible for generating sales to Ministry Pass by driving traffic to both landing pages and the Ministry Pass website. This position identifies and executes creative and highly measurable digital traffic campaigns calendar to reach more pastors. Role Expectations: Develop new automated marketing ideas and special event campaigns to generate opt-in conversion opportunities through traffic sales funnels. Provide timely and accurate analysis of key data, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, R.O.I., and advertising data. Help implement and execute long-term plans to convert contacts and free trail users to customers.
2 Primary Responsibilities and Tasks: 1. Lead generation through paid traffic and strategic s. 2. Oversee and manage ad budget. 3. Conduct marketing analysis and track key metrics of paid and organic marketing efforts and run reports on said metrics. 4. Write/deploy s for various marketing campaigns dictated by the Ministry Pass calendar (i.e., sales, signups-shared with our contract writer, show ups). 5. Create and build online marketing campaigns in Active Campaign. 6. Build landing pages in Clickfunnels 7. Assist with Ministry Pass online web events. 8. Contribute to the overall Ministry Pass marketing strategy. 9. Create marketing content for affiliate partners and promoters (blog posts, s, graphics, etc.) 10. Optimize website content for SEO (keyword research, copywriting) 11. Manage Active Campaign to ensure the organization and optimization of marketing and sales campaigns. 12. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. 13. Assist with support calls and s
3 Accountabilities and Measures: We are a results-based organization. The person in this position will be measured using these metrics and is responsible for ensuring these metrics are met. Timely reporting to the Ministry Pass CEO Meet lead generation monthly goals Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Ministry Pass web event (sign up) and show up % goals Meet conversion goals for turning free trial users into paying customers Qualifications: Formal education is not a predetermining factor for the selection of a new Digital Marketer, but recognized schooling in the fields of business and, more specifically, marketing, will be taken into consideration. Has experience in the following: Landing page, registration page and opt-in form creation Effective marketing copy writing Strategic Planning and Implementation The following are not required, but will be highly beneficial: Basic HTML Adobe Photoshop Microsoft Excel Proficiency in speaking and writing in Spanish

You have a proven track record of driving traffic to websites and landing pages You are an implementer of ideas. We have enough ideas and need people to finish them by doing the work. You can follow direction from leadership and create your own game plan to accomplish the goals decided on. Your Schedule: You would work Monday Friday, about 40 hours a week. You would participate in weekly team meetings. We have a flexible working environment however you will be expected to work in the office 80-90% of the time.
