3 CME The WIN 2014 organzers plan to submt applcaton for CME credts on behalf of medcal specalsts to the European Accredtaton Councl for Contnung Medcal Educaton (EACCME) and the European Socety for Medcal Oncology (ESMO) Medcal Oncologst s Recertfcaton Approval (MORA). The EACCME s an nsttuton of the European Unon of Medcal Specalsts (UEMS). The WIN 2013 Symposum was desgnated for a maxmum of 12 hours of European external CME credts and 16 ESMO MORA cat. 1 credts. HOW TO SUPPORT WIN 2014 Invtaton WIN Consortum, ntator and prmary organzer of the WIN Symposum seres, nvtes fnancal support from corporatons, foundatons, and other organzatons to help defray the costs of organzng WIN Varous attractve benefts are avalable to sponsorng and supportng enttes. All sponsorng contrbutons wll be consdered unrestrcted educatonal grants towards the WIN 2014 Symposum. Educatonal grants for whch the donator receves no specfc benefts other than grant acknowledgements n assocaton wth WIN 2014 are also welcome. POLICIES AND DISCLAIMER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT Sponsorng arrangements wll be confrmed n wrtng between Congress by desgn, based n The Netherlands, actng on behalf of WIN Consortum, based n France, and the sponsorng/supportng entty. An nvoce wth payment detals wll be sent to the sponsorng/supportng entty, and payment wll then be expected wthn 4 weeks of nvoce date. All amounts mentoned n ths document are n Euros and are exclusve of VAT. VAT wll be added as applcable accordng to tax legslaton. EXHIBITION POLICY If benefts granted to the sponsor/supporter nclude the opportunty to exhbt at the Symposum venue, the sponsorng/supportng organzaton and ts agent(s) must comply wth the rules and regulatons governng the Symposum exhbton, as detaled n the exhbton manual or mposed by the venue. The exhbton manual and rules and regulatons mposed by the venue wll be provded to sponsorng/supportng organzatons at least 6 weeks before the openng date of the Symposum. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellaton of a sponsorng arrangement by the sponsorng organzaton, a cancellaton fee of 25% of the total agreed sponsorng fee apples f the cancellaton notce s receved more than three months before the openng date of WIN If the cancellaton notce s receved three months or less before the openng date of the Symposum, a cancellaton fee of 100% of the total agreed sponsorng fee apples. Cancellaton notces must be sent n wrtng to the Symposum Secretarat. DISCLAIMER Fundng for WIN 2014 s requested solely on behalf of WIN Consortum, not ts members or partners.
