Yu cannt apply this year if yu received a Ngāpuhi Schlarship last year. Yu must be studying full-time (tertiary educatin year) in 2015 at a tertiary educatin institutin in New Zealand r verseas. New Zealand curses f study must be New Zealand Qualificatins Authrity (NZQA) r equivalently apprved. Overseas applicatins must meet cmparable academic standards.
