3 General Rules: The USCIS requires that investrs prve (1) that the invested capital is lawful, and (2) that the investr has a level f incme that has allwed the investr t accumulate sufficient wealth that wuld enable the investr t invest the necessary funds in the EB-5 prgram. An investr s self-serving declaratins are unlikely t satisfy USCIS requirements fr prf f either lawful surce f funds r sufficient funds t invest. Surce f funds, i.e., hw the mney t be invested was earned/accumulated must be prven thrugh dcumentary evidence.
