If so, we can help! We can help you plan and do what it takes to get your business in shape to receive the highest food hygiene rating and keep it. We are pleased to offer a new low-cost service that gives access to resources, advice and one-to-one coaching. Our officers will work with you to get and keep that high-5 without the usual high price tag of consultancy fees. Simply call our team to discuss and book a time to suit you. High standards of safety and hygiene are good for your customers, your staff and great for business. 100 for three hours (includes a site visit and one to one coaching or training). NEW FOOD BUSINESS HEALTH CHECK* NEW FOR 2015 Starting any business is exciting and usually expensive. This will help you get your business off to the right start. PACKAGE 1 Who is this for? ideal choice for any food handlers wanting to develop an understanding of food safety and how to implement safe systems in all small to medium size businesses. One day of training followed by three day block with a choice of dates and venues and tutor support. Both popular courses; beginning with food safety and hygiene essentials before taking a thorough look into food safety controls, supervision and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). 250 per person PACKAGE 2 Who is this for? For experienced chefs, supervisors and managers and food business owners. This three day programme spends the first two days developing a greater knowledge of the risks to food safety, their controls and learning practical steps to maintaining high standards. Day three is all about HACCP. A full and detailed look at how a HACCP plan is prepared and structured before we take a look at each step. Each candidate will sit the Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety and Level 3 Award in HACCP in Catering to consolidate their understanding. Full tutor support is available for these qualifications. 290 per person PACKAGE 3 Who is this for? All food business owners, supervisors, managers and career chefs. ultimate fast track for developing a thorough understanding of applied food safety management. Learn the basics then develop and apply food safety management skills and best practice with specialist knowledge. What is the deal? Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering remains a popular choice for candidates that require a formally accredited Level 2 qualification in food safety. Plymouth City Council Basic Food Safety and Hygiene Award offer a local alternative to the formally accredited CIEH examination. training content is the same for both the CIEH and Plymouth City Council awards and will satisfy the need for training in current food safety legislation and best practice. Plymouth City Council Basic Food Safety and Hygiene Award may not be recognised by some educational institutions and some Quality Assurance requirements.
