The Leadership Programme Develop your personal leadership skills and learn to motivate and influence others through a deeper understanding of yourself, the people you work with and the organisation you work within. The Advanced Personal Leadership Programme Unlike the majority of leadership programmes this one is totally experiential. It relies less on the conventional presentation of leadership theories and more on the insight you gain from experiencing it.
