Repair Jobs) Miscellaneous Mechanical Repair Jobs in Fuel Oil based/ Natural Gas based Fertilizers Plant which will include following type of jobs, but not limited to these:- a) Fabrication/Erection including TIG Welding of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel Pipes. b) Dismantling and Erection of structure, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, all type of Valves, Flanges; Repair/Replacement of Valves etc c) Repair of Boiler (Water Wall Tube, vertical type, coal fired with LSHS support ) minimum rating 150Ton/Hour with 100 Kg/cm 2 steam pressure at C and its auxiliaries such as Bowl Mill/Ball Mill, LDO, HFO supply system, ESP, Ash Disposal system & Pressure Part. d) Maint. of Coal Handling Plant. e) Compliance of all statutory obligations as applicable in the state of Haryana. f) Supply of all type of labour such as General Fitter, Rigger, Welder IBR & Non- IBR, Auto Electrician, Turner, Helper etc. g) Load Testing of crane and lifting tackles, testing and repair of Chain Pulley Blocks. h) Retubing of exchanger and maint. of heat exchanger Note: i) Experience related to at least four of above field is must.
