Road, Delhi. Sir, This Corporation is interested for Identifying and selection of agency for repairing of AHU Unit at 6 th floor, Vijaya Building. The details and other particulars are being provided hereunder:- (1) Scope of the work:- (a) Dismantling of A.H.U and shifting to Work Station. (b) Providing and fixing New Cooling coil, 4 Row deep, consists of 15mm size copper pipes. Joint all pipes with M.S Pipe. (c) Replacing bottom tray with drain pipe and painting the A.H.U. Replacing side panels. (d) Balancing of blower & replacement of bearing. (e) Fixed and welding the pipes and Pressure the Test. Insulating the pipes with main supply pipe. (f) Servicing of the filters and other parts, if required. Page 1 of 6

2 2 Eligibility Criteria Only the agencies or firms having an experience of at least 03 years in the captioned area are eligible to submit their offers. Attested copies of the work orders/ job orders (preferably for any PSU/Govt Deptt.) must be attached along with the bid to determine length of experience falling which the bid will be liable to be rejected upon this ground only. The information(s) regarding Eligibility Criteria as enumerated in clause 02 and other criteria mentioning the relevant information should be provided strictly as per annexure-i enclosed herewith by clearly describing earlier assignments executed for other Govt/PSU Deptt., in the same field. Any information provided other than as per Annexure-I will not be considered by the Bid Evaluation committee and the same will be rejected for evaluation purposes. Other terms and conditions will be as under:- 3 The Bids will be submitted under single bid system super scribing (QUOTATION FOR IDENTIFIYING AGENCY FOR REPAIRING AHU- AIR CONDITIONING). 4 The quotation should be submitted along with EMD amount of Rs. 2000/- payable through demand draft of a scheduled commercial bank favoring EdCIL India Ltd. The EMD amount of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded back immediately after selection of agency and incase of successful agency, the same will be refunded after successful completion of the above job. 5 The entire amount shall be indicated by the agencies/bidders in figures as well as in words. Where there is any difference between price quoted in figure and words, amount quoted in words shall prevail. Also, you are requested not to erase or mutilate any word(s) or figures occurring in your quotation, otherwise the quotation may be rejected. Any overwriting is not allowed. 6 Your quotation shall remain open for acceptance up to 30 days from the last date of submission of the bids. No revision/modifications in the quoted rates will be allowed during the period of validity of quotation or the extended period as mutually agreed. Page 2 of 6

3 7 The successful bidder(s) shall not sub-let or assign this contract or any part thereof without obtaining prior written permission of the Corporation otherwise the Corporation shall have the right to cancel the contract and to get completed the job from elsewhere. In such case, the successful bidder(s) shall be liable to the Corporation for any loss or damage which the Corporation may sustain in consequence or arising out or such supply. 8 The short listed agency is required to complete the job within 15 days from the date of placing the work order with them. For this purpose completion will amount to the delivery of repaired unit in working condition at 6 th floor Vijaya Building. The payment will be made after completion/successful testing and re instatement to the original position. 9 Your quotation should be free from overwriting. All corrections and alteration should be duly attested by the bidder. 10 The quotation in the enclosed format should reach in a sealed covered super scribing Quotation for repairing of AHU Air conditioning unit, 6 th floor, Vijaya Building, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, addressed to Deputy Manager (HR & Admn.) TSG so as to reach not later than 1200 hrs. on 10 th Oct, The quotation received after the due date will not be entertained. However, the agencies may handover the sealed quotation at the office of DM, (HR & Admin) TSG before any time of the stipulated date and timings. 11 This Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in whole or in parts without assigning any reasons thereof. This corporation also reserves the right to terminate the order without any notice in the event of your services is not found satisfactory. 12 Penalty Clause Keeping in view the nature of work, the execution in a professional way is of utmost importance with strict adherence to the time frame as mentioned in Clause no. 08 of the document, if the shortlisted agency fails to complete the work within prescribed time limits, the deductions as agreed mutually will be made from the final bill. 4 13 Arbitration Clause:- In case of any dispute/s, the matter will be referred to the Arbitrator appointed by the CMD, Ed CIL (India) Ltd. And the arbitration proceedings will be held at the place designated by Ed CIL. The decision of the CMD, Ed CIL (India) Ltd. will be final and binding upon the parties in any such case for arbitration proceedings.
