1 DIRECTORATE OF PUBLICITY & PUBLIC RELATIONS CUSTOMS & CENTRAL EXCISE C.R.BUILDING, NEW DELHI. *************************** Tender Notice For Annual maintenance contract of air conditioners Commissioner, Directorate of Publicity and Public Relations invites sealed tenders from reputed registered firms/companies engaged in the business of providing service for Annual maintenance of air conditioners on quarterly payment basis for any or all premises i.e. Ground, First, Second floor of Hans Bhawan, I P Estate, New Delhi from to The interested agencies are requested to submit their bids for air conditioner with comprehensive AMC under the two bid system. Technical bid should be placed in a sealed cover marked technical bid. Financial bid should be placed in a separate sealed cover marked as financial bid. Both bids should be placed in a third sealed cover superscribed as Tender for AMC for air conditioners and should reach the Assistant Commissioner (Admn), DPPR, Delhi by hrs on or before The bids will be opened at hrs on A complete set of tender documents can be obtained free of cost from the Superintendent of DPPR (Admn), Delhi on any working day between hrs to hrs from onwards. The bid security (EMD) of Rs. 2500/-(Rupees two thousand five hundred only) in the form of demand draft in favour of Directorate of Publicity and Public Relations. This office would not be responsible for any delay or loss of the tender documents sent through speed post or other. DPPR reserves the right to reject all/part or any of the quotations without assigning any reason thereof. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 2 ANNEXURE-I Eligibility criteria for AMC of Air-Conditioners 1. The company/firm/enterprise intending to submit the tender (hereinafter called the company) shall be a reputed organization in the field of maintenance of Air Conditioners. 2. The company should have undertaken AMC for atleast one Central Government Department/ Public sector unit (PSU), in any of the previous three years in Delhi and should have provided the support from their local offices at the designated customer sites. 3. The company s contract should not have been terminated before the expiry of the full term, in any of the previous years or current year. 4. The company must have expertise in the field of maintenance of Air Conditioners and its service engineer must be knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot any problem related to Air Conditioners. 5. The bidders must be a local area of Delhi Superintendent (Admn)

3 ANNEXURE-II Conditions governing AMC 1. This office does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason whatsoever. Tenders in which any of the particulars and prescribed information are inadequate or incomplete in any respect or the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled, are liable to be rejected. 2. The maintenance service by the company shall include quarterly preventive service and breakdown maintenance of all Air Conditioners of this Commissionerate. 3. The party will carry out the repairing of the whole unit and parts thereof at their service station or in the Hqrs office. 4. The charges regarding the shifting of air conditioners will be covered in this Annual Maintenance Contract itself. 5. In any case when Condenser Coil will be leaking condition or body/work is required, party has to discharge the gas for repairing the same and after completion of work they will have to re-charge gas. 6. This contract will be effective for a period of one year i.e. from to The payment of this contract will be made on quarterly basis subject to availability of the fund. 7. DPPR reserves their right to terminate the contract at any time if the services of AMC Vendor are not found to be satisfactory.
