6 Challenges Client was new to healthcare industry and business requirements were not very clear for them. This was a typical Greenfield implementation. Since it was a joint venture between multiple operators across globe, decision making and identification of business process owners was a challenge for the implementation team. Requirements to change the base design multiple times made implementation process difficult.
