Success Factors: Sponsorship and ownership of project delivery Clear communication management (show details) Well defined roles and responsibilities Project and Schedule Management We have built the know-how during the Upgrade project, when we ve successfully completed the upgrade project in 1.5 months Capitalizing on the success of upgrade and improved team techniques, we were able to test and verify 402 different processes and functions in a 4-days UAT for Super Cluster. 16 Project Overview Test Scenarios Ammroc Team was able to test and verify 402 different processes and scenarios in a 4-days UAT for Super Cluster. Preparations included: DB Upgrade from to OS Upgrade from Solaris 10 to Solaris 11 Customizations Testing and tweaking (more than 300 custom objects were tested) 1 SR has been raised which, have been classified as Go-Live show-stopper.
