6 Achievements Within a short period of time, Averox has succeeded in offering its quality solutions and services to the following clients: Engineering Success Stories 1. Digital Circuit Multiplexing Equipment (DCME) installation, configuration and commissioning services Averox sold, configured, commissioned and supported DCME equipment to the Long Distance International (LDI) department of a Telenor Norway subsidiary. Averox also signed a five-year 1st and 2nd line support contract with the operator. 2. Voice Compression Equipment installation, configuration and support services Averox sold, configured and installed Voice Compression Equipment at an Asian government owned operator for voice links between three remote sites. Averox was also responsible for the warranty and support services. 3. Media Backbone & Digital Subscriber Line Access Module (DSLAM) maintenance & technical support Averox provided first and second line support to a government owned fixed-line operator in the Asian region for a large network of DSLAMs. These modules are connected through the company's core network of Asynchronous Transmission Mode (ATM) switches to its regional offices. 4. GSM Base Transceiver Stations Averox was awarded a portion of the 2nd and 3rd phase of the Network Rollout of a subsidiary Millicom International, Luxembourg. The responsibility of Averox Engineering Department was the installation, link alignment, commissioning and testing for the GSM Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and Microwave systems. Averox is also responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of these installations. 6-7

7 Achievements 5. Core Network; Voice Compression Equipment Averox completed the installation, commissioning and integration of the core network of an Orascom Telecom Egypt subsidiary. This project involved the deployment of Voice Compression Equipment in 18 geographically dispersed locations. 6. Core Network; Voice Compression Equipment Averox provided deployment, commissioning and testing services of Digital Cross Connect (DXX)/Compression equipment for their Phase 3 expansion of a subsidiary of Etisalat, UAE. Averox made region-wide installations of these multi-service switches at 33 sites, which was the biggest single installation of this equipment in the world. Averox also provided maintenance & support services for this project. 7. Lawful Interception & Call Monitoring Equipment Averox signed a contract for the maintenance & support services for the monitoring system at 3 sites of a subsidiary of Etisalat, UAE. It was a five-year contract, renewable on yearly basis. 8. Lawful Interception & Call Monitoring Equipment Averox signed a maintenance contract with a Millicom International subsidiary for the maintenance and support services of their monitoring system at various sites. 9. CDMA-based Wireless Local Loop (WLL) Network Averox secured a country wide CDMA WLL network deployment project for an Asian WLL operator. In this project, Averox performed deployment, commissioning and testing services. Averox was also responsible for continued maintenance and support to the operator under this project. 8 Achievements OSS / BSS Success Stories 1. Service Provisioning and Mediation Averox deployed Service Provisioning and Mediation System for a subsidiary of Telenor, Norway. Averox under the contract was also responsible for providing the 1st and 2nd line support for this project. 2. Project Management and Hardware/Clustering services Averox was responsible for providing Project Management services for the deployment of Interconnect Billing, Mediation and Service Provisioning systems at a subsidiary of Millicom International, Luxembourg. Averox also provided the required hardware and clustering services for the system implementation. 3. Project Management services Averox was responsible for providing Project Management services for the deployment of Interconnect Billing System at a subsidiary of Orascom Telecom, Egypt. 4. Fraud Management and Mediation System Averox deployed Fraud Management and Mediation systems for a subsidiary of Millicom International, Luxembourg. Averox was also responsible for the provision of technical services for requirement gathering and development of parsers for input streams to associated Mediation System. 8-9

Averox provided technical services for requirement gathering and development of parsers for input streams to mediation. Information Technology Success Stories 1. HR Selection and Recruitment System Averox was awarded the contract for the design, development, implementation and testing of an HR Selection and Recruitment System for a South Asian Telecom Regulatory Authority. Averox was also responsible for the support and maintenance of the system. 2. Least Cost Routing System (LCR) Averox was selected for outsourced software development services by one of its partners of the system upgrade of their Least Cost Routing and Automated Route Management products. 3. Shell Automation Averox was awarded the project involving systems automation for Shell, UK. This project involved the automation of various departments of Shell over a geographically dispersed area and included Asset Management, Treasury Systems, Refinery Automation and much more. 4. CRM Implementation Averox, in alliance with a business partner, successfully implemented Siebel's CRM in 22 different organizations from the Banking, Finance and Manufacturing Sectors.
