Preferred currency accunts shuld be laded with selected currency types (ut f the available main currencies) at any NDB Branch prir t departure. And the primary currency accunt culd be selected (between reladed accunts) and activated via cntacting NDB Custmer Care Center ( ) while yu are abrad. Yu dn't need t have an accunt relatinship with NDB Bank t btain the NDB TRAVELPAL facility. Simply walk int any NDB Branch and request and btain a TRVELPAL Card ver the cunter. 9. **What dcuments d I need t submit when I purchase/lad/relad the Travel Pal Card? Valid Passprt Return Air Ticket VISA t access the destinatin cuntry (if applicable) 10. Hw t purchase and activate the card? NDB Travel Pal Card can be btained at any NDB Branch island wide KYC & the dcumentatin is cnducted ver the cunter prir t issuing the Primary card and the Reserve Card (Terms & Cnditins are issued alng with the Welcme Pack). Call the NDB Call Centre and activate the Primary Card advisable t activate the Primary Card prir t departure in rder t avid unnecessary mbile raming charges. 11. Hw t lad /relad the card? Yu may lad/relad the card at any NDB branch with the abve mentined dcuments **. There will be a service charge f 0.50% f the amunt laded/reladed. 12. Where t Use? At any verseas VISA ATM lcatin At any verseas VISA merchant utlets (POS)

Other Cnditins Once the Prepaid Travel Card is issued, the same shall nt be reladed during the same travel It is advisable t sign the strip f the back f the card at the time f receiving the card. At the request f the hlder r upn the lapse f 90 days frm the date f return f the hlder t Sri Lanka, whichever date that cme first, the unutilized value remaining in the NDB TravelPal; - May be credited t a freign currency accunt maintained by the hlder, if the Travel Card had been laded by debiting such an accunt, up t the amunt that had been debited; OR - May be withdrawn in rupees by the hlder r credited t an accunt maintained by the hlder in Sri Lanka rupees.
