Sign up for your favorite programs and receive your mysummer journal. Yoga Sundays, 1:30-2:30 pm Join us outside the library or in the program space for a blend of classic yoga for people of every size, shape and skill level. Relax and get psyched at the same time! Participants should bring a water bottle and yoga mat, and prepare for an outdoor session. Appropriate for adults. Space is limited; registration required. Tai Chi Mondays, 9:30-10:30 am The American Medical Association describes tai chi as characterized by physical movement and mental concentration; its purpose is to moderately exercise all the muscles and achieve integration between mind and body.
