Exhibition space, which is not guaranteed, is filled by category to ensure a broad selection of merchandise. To keep the Show fresh and vital, we will debut new dealers every year. Merchandise category, display appearance, price range and workshop participation are the requisites for filling the exhibition space ensuring an outstanding parade of eye-catching merchandise tailored for all tastes. On Saturday night the Show will be offering an optional banquet event at the resort. The cost is $105 to dealers which includes Show themed hand crafted souvenirs from three different artisans. These are sure to become desired collectables. Also on tap for the Show are themed luncheons where you can join a fellow miniaturist for a talk and presentation and you will receive a wonderful souvenir. Relax and enjoy this personal time with a true artist in their field as you enjoy a delightful lunch. We hope that you will consider leading a lunch (or brunch). 3 Contract and Signature page WE AGREE TO RENT one space at the Orlando Miniaturia Show, September 4th through September 6th 2015 at Disney s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista FL. The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft or damage to exhibitor s displays, equipment and other property while on Walt Disney World Resort premises, and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against Disney Destinations, LLC or its affiliates arising from such loss, theft or damage. The exhibitor agrees, for the benefit of Disney Destinations, LLC and its affiliates, to comply with all Walt Disney World Resort policies for exhibitors and all applicable laws, codes and regulations. In addition, the exhibitor will defend (if requested by and with counsel satisfactory to Disney Destinations, LLC), indemnify and hold harmless Orlando Miniaturia LLC and Disney Destinations, LLC and their respective parent, subsidiary and other affiliated or related companies from and against any liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs through and including any appeal, arising from or in connection with the exhibitor s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof or any negligent act, error or omission or willful misconduct of the exhibitor or its employees, contractors, subcontractors or agents. It is agreed that if the Orlando Miniaturia Show is cancelled, this contract is null and void and no claims may be made except for return of monies paid for space at the Show. Cancellations prior to July 15th, 2015 will incur a $25 dollar processing fee and there will be no refunds for cancellations made after July 15th. One dealer and one helper allowed per exhibitor. YOU MUST SUPPLY your own table covers. SALES ROOM TABLES are not to be moved their exact locations have been approved by the Fire Marshall. EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCIES the closed Ballroom doors must not be used from 5 pm Friday until 4 pm Sunday. AS YOU KNOW, early breakdown of your table is not permitted. Please remain with your exhibit until closing. PLEASE BE SURE your exhibit is staffed at all times. Report problems or shoplifters to the Admissions Desk as soon as possible. THERE IS NO SMOKING in the hotel. Please smoke in the designated areas only. PLEASE TURN OFF your lights at the end of each day - there s no public address system to remind you. BE AT YOUR EXHIBIT ready to go 6 to 9 pm Friday, 9 am to 4 pm Saturday and 10 am to 4pm on Sunday and please remember to keep your area neat and tidy, it s the rule. SALES SLIPS, which include the seller s name and address, must be given with all merchandise sold. FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR CUSTOMERS there will be no sales of any kind prior to the preview.
