Improve internal linking throughout the website where appropriate. Recommendations for content amendments to increase the keyword density where appropriate. Recommendations to make the website more SEO friendly. I am happy to liaise with your web developers directly on this. Conversion optimisation and ensuring conversions can all be measured where possible. Advice on best practice in regards to domain names and URL s. Creating a sitemap.xml, submission to the major search engines and site verification. Google Places set-up and optimisation. (requires a street address) Google+ set-up and optimisation including Google Authorship if required (this is where a face appears on the search engine results page) Google Webmaster Tools set up and verification. Set up of Google Analytics including goals within Google Analytics to accurately track SEO and other online marketing activities. 2 Ongoing SEO Costs Link Building and content marketing is essential to ensure the website ranks well, the ongoing monthly work ensures that you get a presence on the front page of Google as well as industry relevant websites which may generate additional traffic. In all cases I would recommend ongoing link building to maximise the opportunities available online. Content marketing is an increasingly important aspect of SEO and I advise clients to run a blog which is regularly updated. I also require content to post on other websites, I normally produce this on behalf of clients to ensure it happens but they happy to write this themselves if they have the capability (and will actually do it). I have broken out the content component for each package separately so they have this option. I can also produce blog copy for their own websites in addition to this. Ongoing SEO work includes Implementation of the link building strategy though ongoing monthly link building. Citation link building to help improve Google+ Local position. Distribution of content on relevant websites and linking this back to Google+ Approaching niche websites for content placement opportunities. Purchasing some relevant links where appropriate. Tweaking SEO based on the information from Google Analytics and changes within your industry. 3 Adwords Set-up Google Adwords can be used to generate highly relevant traffic to a website in a targeted geographical area. Google Adwords campaigns are highly measureable and it is possible to see which keywords have resulted in a conversion and refine the campaign to get better results. Remarketing campaigns can be run in conjunction with Adwords to encourage visitors who have been to a website before, to come back again. Remarketing campaigns would require banner ads to be designed to work effectively, I can organise the design if required. I have $100 Adwords vouchers for all new Adwords clients. Adwords set-up includes Set up of the Google Adwords account and using all features available. Keyword research and agreeing keywords to target for the Google Adwords campaign. Writing and testing relevant adverts and making amendments to improve campaign performance. Set-up and management of remarketing campaigns (if required- package 2 and 3 only) Set-up of the conversion tracking code for all relevant goals on the website. Costs for Adwords Set-up The cost of the set-up normally depends on how large the campaign needs to be based on the number of adgroups. $560 plus GST Cost to Tourism Council Members $450 plus GST $700 plus GST Cost to Tourism Council Members $560 plus GST $840 plus GST Cost to Tourism Council Members $700 plus GST Banners for remarketing Approx cost $ plus GST for 3 different sized banners to be used for remarketing per promotion.
4 Ongoing Adwords Management Google Adwords should be managed on an ongoing basis, this involves testing ads, looking at negative keywords and making the best use of the clients budget. Managing, analysing, testing and refining the Adwords campaign to maximise the client s budget to get the most conversions. Managing bids, keywords and website distribution. Monthly report on traffic generated through Adwords including conversion information. Uploading new banners with new promotions for remarketing campaigns (package 2 and 3 only) Costs for Adwords Management $420 plus GST (for spends under $700 per month) Cost to Tourism Council Members $330 plus GST $560 plus GST (Cost to Tourism Council Members $450 plus GST) $700 plus GST (or 10% budget for campaigns with over $7k spend per month) (Cost to Tourism Council Members $600 plus GST)
