Aircraft can be viewed in real time as they manoeuvre around the apron, taxiways and runways and stand utilisation can be understood instantly with visual indications against the aircraft parked on them, for example: Is the aircraft arriving or departing? What are the load factors? Is it early, on time or late? What is the aircraft size? Is there an alert status? Seeing the big picture.
