If we can t resolve your problem over the phone then one of our fully qualified technicians will come and visit you to rectify the issue on site. We measure our customer response and satisfaction rate through tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) at our UK call centre. This includes Call Activity monitoring and management of all aspects of field service, including data analysis to assess the overall effectiveness of our response.
