14 SUSTAINABILITY REQUIREMENTS One aspect of their operations that Boileau pride themselves on is their strong environmental focus. Not only do Fuji Xerox devices offer power saving functions, their components are such that upon renewal, Boileau actively participate in recycling their environmentally friendly components. In fact, Fuji Xerox has an entire manufacturing plant located in Zetland, NSW, which is devoted to recycling used components. The operations of this manufacturing plant are facilitated by the unique nature of Fuji Xerox devices, which are produced with the intent of recycling a large portion of their components. Additionally, consumables such as toner cartridges are collected by Boileau for recycling and all devices accept recycled paper. Boileau can provide recycled paper, should it be required. An innovative portion of Boileau capabilities is their document management software division. This allows the company to develop unique solutions to outdated and non ecofriendly document management systems and assist organisations in moving toward paperless alternatives. This is an initiative that Boileau have applied to their own office environment, generating higher levels of efficiency and a boost to the company s already firm green stance.
