1 July/August 2012 FLASH NEWS REPORT HEADLINES 19 meetings in South Korea were attended Teknia Germany Korean pressence Beginning April 2012, Teknia Germany office has incorporated within its structure Mr. JunTaek Im (Jason) located in Seoul, as Teknia representative in South Korean market mainly for those companies which have its branches in CEE countries and Brazil. During TransportTech 2012 fair and rest of the stay, Teknia Germany office (Andrzej Miranowicz, Andrzej Gruszczyński, Paweł Raczkowski) supported by new South Korean office, attended to 19 meetings in South Korea mainly with local OEMs headquarters like Hyundai, KIA and its TIERs 1 suppliers: SL Corp., HCC, Plakor, Mando Corp., HANIL- E HWA, DSC. The purpose of those, was to promote TEKNIA capacities to become a partner to mentioned companies in its CEE plants (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland) as well as in Brazil. Mentioned meetings in South Korea confirmed the interest of those companies towards Teknia and have revealed business opportunities within other groups of products like gear shifters, lighting components, surge tanks and brakes. Being aware of business possibilities, Teknia Germany express its full engagement with the office in Seoul, hoping that together with the production plants, opportunities of new projects will take place in mid & long term. 2 FLASH NEWS REPORT During May and June were booked new projects Teknia Brazil Aiming High I and growth projection. Thanks to this work have confirmed 3 transfer projects very important in terms of turnover and 2 new clients including Grupo Antolin Inergy. Such projects Faurecia- CGE Transfer consisting of 29 n the recent months May and June, Teknia Jacareí has worked hard to close new projects that provide greater strength Teknia Jacarei has also closed a new strategy project with Antolin molds, Transfer Inergy consisting of a total of 15 molds and finally Transfer Antolin, consisting of 9 molds. In addition to transfer captured with Antolin, Teknia Jacarei has also closed a new strategy project with them. This is the Troller project, which alows Teknia get into Antolin Group while Brazil begins with its first project for Ford. Teknia Jacareí Aiming high! Teknia Jacarei facilities Kalisz information On the 4th and 5th of July, the TRW division of linkage and suspension systems came to Teknia Kalisz to perform an audit of our quality system. In addition, on the 6th was also developed an audit by SANDEN and on the 12th and 13th by the customer MAFLOW. These positive audits (91%, A and 97%) have opened the doors to new customers, not only for Teknia Kalisz, but for the machining division. 3 FLASH NEWS REPORT It took place in Bilbao the 17th and 18th of July Teknia Nekutai O n the 17th and 18th of July was held in Bilbao an encounter validation of business model for the NEKUTAI ERP project. Attended by the President and CEO of Teknia, Teknia Division Directors, Managers of Ibermática and Zendos, having also attended by managers and department risponsable of the group, it demonstrates the consistency and importance of the project. In the meeting were discussed important issues such as planning (MRP), CRM (Sales Management), Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Industrial Maintenance, Financial and Human Resources. TEKNIA PEOPLE In the current month Jose María Campoamor has joined the TEKNIA AZUQUECA team, as Project Manager. José María is Industrial Technical Engineer (Univ. Politécnica de Madrid) having made the final project at the Fachhochschule Frankfurt am (Germany). He has 14 years of experience in the automotive sector (direct supplier of OEM s), having worked in various areas of responsibility. Welcome to the team!

5 FLASH NEWS REPORT By showing samples and a multimedia presentation, visitors got a good impression Stuttgart GACS T eknia Group was represented at the Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo 2012 (GACS) with its own stand. The fair was a success for participation. GACS - which boasts over 90 exhibitors - lived up to its billing as the international exhibition for automotive OEM and Tier 1, 2 and 3 procurement managers, component specifiers and engineers, all showcasing the very latest next-generation automotive components. The stand - organized by Teknia Germany - gave the visitors an overview of the products of the Machining, Metallic and Plastic Division and capabilities of Teknia R&D. Taking place at the Stuttgart Messe across 17th, 18th, 19th of May, the stand enjoyed three very busy days By showing samples and a multimedia presentation, the visitors got a good impression about Teknia.
