This is the successful event where competitive manufacturers and suppliers meet during short pre-booked business meetings. In this newsletter we present this year s participating buyers and their requests, are you the right supplier? Important information for already registered companies and results from previous years. Since the first event in 2005, companies have participated and performed scheduled meetings. In addition to this 4230 "spontaneous" meetings have been held according to the participants. Figures from past events show that half of all meetings led to further contacts. Out of these, a third led to contracts and the companies have estimated a value of approximately 1 billion EUR in future business. IMPORTANT! During the dinner we will get a visit by a famous historical businessman with great importance for the matchstick industry in Jönköping. We have a big range of products in our different companies, both very small batch sizes like pcs and up to some pcs. The small batch sizes are often milled & drilled aluminium parts in wieght 0,1-2 kg. Turned components are mainly in different steel materials. - ISO 9000 is generally required by our companies and for some companies also ISO-TS Generally the tolerances requirements are not so tough, requirements on surfaces of the finished goods, flexibility in production volumes and Competitiveness in price are more important. - Competitive, flexible, medium size companies, preferable in countries in mid or east part of Europe as low cost production is a must for us and our customers. Also Asian suppliers is of course of high interest - A general requirement is good knowledge in English by at least one contact person and that the company have some experience in export business.
