2 One of my employers said my sickness was starting to become a nuisance and giving the company a bad name. I feel strongly that adequate mental health awareness training and better understanding would have helped me and management to identify areas where I needed support.

3 What we offer Bespoke training We can run bespoke sessions to suit your business. Pick the date and location and our trainer will come to you. You can choose from a variety of tried and tested courses or we can tailor the training to suit the needs of your organisation. Courses for anyone We run scheduled mental health training and master classes at different locations which anyone can attend, from individuals to organisations. With several courses to choose from we re confident you will find a course to suit you. Consultancy Our experienced team can support your organisation with a range of workplace solutions including consultancy, coaching, policy reviews, staff surveys and stress audits. Mental health training from Mind offers a cost-effective way to promote mental wellbeing in your organisation, helping to reduce absenteeism in the workplace and encouraging a positive, healthy and productive workplace culture. That s why you can trust the quality of our mental health training. With courses starting from 995* for up to 16 attendees, many topics to choose from and the option of tailoring to your specific needs, mental health training can be a really viable way to give you or your team the awareness needed to stay mentally healthy at work or home and manage any situations you may encounter with tact and insight. *Charity rate is rates vary depending on organisational status.
