8 DIDWW Local, National and Mobile Numbers' Coverage and Pricing General Terms DIDs are readily available in our stock and may be immediately activated by using our web portal or via the DIDWW API that has been integrated into a custom application. 1. Incoming calls are forwarded to your own system by our private global network. 2. DIDs are billed on a monthly basis and renewed automatically, until canceled by the customer. There is no long-term commitment and DIDs can be canceled at any time. 3. The cost of service includes a one-time activation fee, referred to as the NRC (Non Recurring Cost) and ongoing monthly fees, referred to as the MRC (Monthly Recurring Cost). For each DID, the NRC is equal to one month's MRC. 4. Preferred pricing is available upon subscribing to a Tier Program of your choice, with a minimum monthly charge, referred to as the MMC. 5. Funds deposited towards the MMC may be used to purchase any DIDWW services. Unused balance is carried over in your account as long as you remain subscribed to a Tier Program. 6. All prices are in US dollars. DID+2 Channels Tier Programs 7. Each DID is bundled with 2 dedicated voice channels that are included in the price of the service. DIDs must be assigned to a selected capacity group, as no voice channels are allocated to the DIDs. 9 DIDWW Capacity Pricing and Information General Terms Channels define the network capacity and thereby the number of concurrent calls that can be serviced. The DIDWW trunk architecture facilitates maximum flexibility and efficiency in channel usage for handling highly variable call volumes. 11. Channels are available for immediate activation using our web portal or by contacting the sales department for higher volumes. 12. Channels may be added or removed as required, and can be assigned to capacity groups for easier and more effective management. 13. There is no geographic limitation when including DIDs in Channel groups. This prevents oversubscription when operating across multiple locations. 14. Our services are delivered over a secure, private intercontinental backbone with full geo-redundant capabilities, automated quality and abuse monitoring, backed by a Network Operations Center and customer support operating on a 24/7/365 basis. 15. All prices are in US dollars. Flat Rate Capacity 16. Flat Rate Capacity is billed on a monthly basis and renewed automatically, until canceled by the customer. There is no long-term commitment and Channels can be canceled at any time. 17. The cost of service includes a one-time activation fee, referred to as the NRC (Non Recurring Cost) and ongoing monthly fees, referred to as the MRC (Monthly Recurring Cost). 18. Flat Rate Capacity pricing is applied according to volumes: Number of Channels MRC/Channel NRC/Channel Metered Capacity Metered capacity is unlimited and billed on a per minute basis. There is no long-term commitment and capacity can be canceled at any time. No activation or recurring fees are applied. 20. 19 DIDWW Porting Pricing and Information General Terms Local Number Portability (LNP) enables end-users to keep their telephone number when switching from one telecommunications service provider to another. 44. LNP services are not standardized and vary by country. At DIDWW we make every attempt to provide this service in as many countries as possible. 45. Our LNP team is dedicated to assisting our customers porting requirements. This team works over multiple time zones, ensuring the fastest processing times possible. 46. The LOA (Letter of Authorization) and all porting forms can be downloaded from didww.com/porting. 47. Porting fee is non-refundable and will be deducted upon porting (re)submission.
