2 How Business Phone works Either we, or your PBX maintenance provider, will program your PBX to automatically prefix calls with our Indirect Access Number This means you don t need to remember to dial before your calls and you don t need to change your telephone numbers! Then, each time you make a call the Manx Telecom exchange will send the call to the network - saving you money! You can dial any number using this service and all calls will automatically be handled by the network.
