With these bracelets the rider has access to the Parc Fermé (Hall Minsard) and the Track.

No access to the groundsite on the Thursday without ticket. Tickets are on sale as from Thursday Possibility to purchase the tickets as from March on following websites : ; ; AWARDS Trophies will be awarded to the 8 first of each challenge class on the podium. Flowers, medals and jerseys will be awarded to the 3 first of championship class on the podium during the award ceremony in presence of FFC and UEC officials. Prize money for Championship classes will be sent by bank transfer the each finalist s federation. 9 TEAMS AREA National & trade teams which are duly registered with the UEC can hire a location of 6m x 3m in the area outside of the main Hall with direct access to the Hall and the Parc Ferme to place their tent. 1 location of 6m x 3m costs 100 and has to be paid before placing the tent: a responsible of the team has to present himself at the registration control. There, he of she, will receive clearance to enter the team area with the tent and a vehicle for unloading all materials. For safety reasons, no vehicles can stay in the team area during the weekend. Since the soil is a hard surface (asphalt) it is recommended to bring some weight to fix the tents. Club teams are also welcome : registration cost is The area reserved for teams is limited. For this reason spaces for club teams will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Herewith team registration form to be sent back until April 20 th 2012 to bmx.europe@orange.fr Payment of space in cash at registration control. COMMERCIAL SPACE It is possible to hire a commercial space to sell products. Applications and requests for information and prices have to be sent to Mr Jacques PERRAGUIN: jac.perraguin@orange.fr FREE PUBLIC PARKING The parking for the public (Parking des Montées) is situated 600 metres behind the Parc des Expositions (see map). There will be a direct walking access from the parking to the goundsite with control at the entrance of the groundsite. It is recommended to purchase the entry ticket at the main entrance before parking.

10 CAMPING The main parking of the Parc des Expositions will will be reserved for caravans and motorhomes, and arranged to welcome them (asphalt ground). The camping will be open from Wednesday May 2nd at 13:00 hrs until Sunday May 6th at 18:00 hrs, and is at walking distance from the track. Electricity, sanitary commodities will be supplied. Cost of the camping : per caravan and/or motorhome. Herewith camping reservation form to be sent back by to the address underneath until April 20th. Payment to be sent by bank transfer to indicated account. Proof of bank transfer to be presented at camping entrance.
