21 The ebus Simulating the Metro Feeder Traffic All e-buses to be used in the city of Espoo on Line 11. The (relatively short) line mimics feeder-type bus service that could be provided by battery electric buses Line 11 has 24 bus stops in 9,1 km or 26 bus stops in 10,1 km depending on the direction Travel on the line time is about 25 minutes and commercial speed around 20-25km/h depending on traffic Courtesy by Sami Ojamo/Veolia DM

23 Helsinki Regional Traffic (HSL) to Run 100 E- Buses in 2018 HSL objective is to have 100 electric buses in traffic in The share of electric buses would then add up to eight percent of the total bus stock in Helsinki region. The benefit of e-buses is their zero green house gas emission level. Tekes support is to be applied for a research project of charging system contruction.
