For more information, call Lisa Schaffer Purchase an engraved brick or paver and inspire hope! 2nd ANNUAL ALUMNI ARTISAN, GIFTS & MORE SHOW November 19, 2011 Alumni Board President, Hank Mumme '01, a RN alumnus is pleased to announce that the artisan show, which benefits the Alumni Scholarship Fund, was a very successful event and will benefit a deserving Trocaire student. Hank Mumme '01, RN Alumni Board President The event was held at the Russell J. Salvatore School of Hospitality & Business. Twenty-eight artisans, crafters and vendors provided a steady stream of customers with some unique, Buffalo-made gifts for the upcoming holiday season. Trocaire Hospitality Students made homemade pizza, cookies and other goodies in the school s 1000 ft., stateof-the-art kitchen, where shoppers stopped by for refreshments after they finished their shopping. WHAT'S NEW? Colleen Quinn '77 has recently earned her Ed.D. She is the Assistant Dean of Nursing at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Andrea Warwick, RN, MSN/Ed, PCCN lives in Mesa, AZ where she is a Clinical Education Specialist in Cardiovacscular Progressive Care at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. Cynthia Samborski, RN, MSN is a clinical research educator at Roswell Park. She has authored a book entitled: "Nursing - An Amazing Career." Cynthia graduated from Trocaire in Joanna Berger '09 is currently attending world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. Joanna has also opened a catering business with two of her colleagues at the school. Barbara Watt Boardway '75, RN, BSN, CCM recently joined BlueCrossBlueShield as a case management specialist. Michele Ladouceur '01 is a Senior Project Director for Elderwood Senior Care.

5 Madonna Sullivan Mulvaney '80 recently became a grandmother to Adele Hayes who lives in Alaska with Madonna s daughter Molly Hayes and her husband. Deb Pope Finamore '73, Pediatric Nurse Practioner with Lockport Pediatrics, just recently returned from an annual trip to Mexico where she works with other health care professionals to provide services to the poor. This is her tenth year in a row that she used a week of her vacation time to provide crucial medical services to those in need.
